Autism Activities Take Center Stage in Atlanta
Autism Speaks co-founders Bob and Suzanne Wright were honored Nov. 10 by The Marcus Institute for their work on behalf of children with autism. The Wrights were honored at Big Splash III, a black tie reception and dinner at the Georgia Aquarium benefiting the Marcus Institute and hosted by Billi and Bernie Marcus. The event featured entertainment by two-time Grammy winner Michael Bolton.

On Nov. 9, the Wrights attended the National Autism Conference in Atlanta, where their daughter Katie Wright delivered a keynote address. Autism Speaks was the beverage sponsor for the event, providing free refreshments for conference attendees. The Wrights also met with leaders from the National Autism Association (NAA) and SafeMinds.
